Bishop Ranch announced two high-profile tenants Monday, Kraft Foods and Samsung Electronics, totaling 32,000 square feet.
Kraft relocated two regional sales offices to Bishop Ranch 8 and 15, and will occupy approximately 24,000 square feet of business park. Samsung leased 8,000 square feet in Bishop Ranch 3.
"It's very clear that in addition to a long and diverse roster of tenants, Bishop Ranch has a concentrated base of F500 and G2000 companies," said Ed Hagopian, executive vice president with Sunset Development. "Top companies such as Kraft and Samsung are choosing to be part of the Bishop Ranch community. They enjoy our environment and employees benefit from excellent transportation, access to housing, great schools, our hands on service and an array of amenities -- all in a beautiful setting."
The business park has landed several large tenants in 2012, including General Electric. GE plans to headquarter its global software center at Bishop Ranch; the $1 billion facility will staff as many as 400 people. Are you receiving Express, our free daily e-mail edition?
