 | As the country struggles to regain its fiscal equilibrium, the U.S. policy of global engagement and the Department of Defense budget have come under question. In this week's Raucous Caucus, Tom Cushing discusses a future where budget drives policy.
"On the one hand, we need to be mindful of the jobs impact of sudden changes to the DoD budget....On the other hand, in this new era of limitations, serious budget scrutiny is called-for across-the-board," Cushing writes.
