Should student athletes be tested for steroids?

Several weeks ago, I wrote a story about California State Assemblyman Guy Houston (R, District 15) and mentioned several bills his office plans to submit to the State Assembly this term.

One of the bills he plans to introduce is testing student athletes for steroids. As a parent, a student and a resident of the San Ramon Valley, how do you feel about students and youth getting tested for steroids? Do you feel this is an issue?
