Community communications: CCC-MAC Alamo

On Tuesday, September 7, 2010, at 7PM, Hap Magee Ranch Park Cottage, the members of the Contra Costa County Municipal Advisory Council for Alamo will discuss communication with Alamo neighborhood, business district and community groups. Such groups are waiting for appropriate methods to be proposed so interactive discussions of regional issues can define the county's role in their resolve.

These groups have proposed a community engagement committee of 2-3 MAC members to meet with group representatives in open, interactive discussions. Do EXpress readers have further recommendations to improve governments' and districts' interaction with the communities they serve?
