Just in case: How good is the coffee? Restaurants, posted by Ralph N. Shirlet, a resident of another community, on Aug 31, 2011 at 1:43 pm
Dear Editor,
As regional neighborhoods gather representatives to join Mayor Stepper for coffee Friday morning several potential reps have wondered about how good the coffee is at Father Nature's Shed. It seems that there is some doubt that any consideration will be given to the guestions being brought to the meeting concerning an incomplete traffic study for the approvals of Magee Ranch and Weber Ranch projects.
It boils down to this: 1) the mass of diverted traffic into Alamo and north and Blackhawk and south doesn't seem to be acknowledged as Danville's problem. 2) The Diablo Road gridlock that landlocks Diablo doesn't seem to have any consideration by Danville. 3) The isolation of Danville business district due to gridlock on Diablo Road and El Cerro is more likely the Chamber's issue.
With the potential for the Mayor and Danville Officials to pass the buck to other communities and organizations it is important to have a value for the Mayor's meeting and that would indicate that the coffee is important. So, just how good is the coffee at Father Nature's Shed?
