And her first 3 votes were to help Jerry Brown increase taxes. We've been sold out. Again.

She campaigned on being a "fiscal conservative" and being in favor of "open space". Her first three votes as Supervisor were to raise taxes! She has done nothing to stop the Magee Ranch development, despite being in favor of "open spaces". It is really sad how people say anything to get elected, and their actions do not support their words.

What did they serve at the swearing-in ceremony...tax Kool-Aid? No sooner than her hand was off the Bible (if the Bible is still permitted at swearing-in ceremonies),she endorsed 3 new taxes! Apparently, her claim to be a "fiscal conservative" was grossly misrepresented. Shame on you, Candace Andersen.

I'm no fan of Ms. Andersen, at all -- but I dislike on-line clutter even more, and the three posts above sound too much alike to me.

Madame Editor, can you confirm that they were separately sourced?

Unfortunately, the people who posted the comments about Ms. Andersen voting for THREE tax increases are correct. I too feel betrayed by Ms. Andersen; she is obviously not the person I thought she was. What a major dissapointment and it took less than a day!

My wife helped in getting her elected - We had a sign on our lawn.

She talked of being a fiscal conservative.

Then voted for a tax increases - Holding hands with Jerry Brown

The citizens that helped her get elected will make sure she serves just one term.

Typical politician - Republican or Democrat - The all Suck

Hahahahaha! Couldn't happen to a nicer bunch of Tea-Baggers! I bet she'll stop scapegoating public employees, too! Oh no!
