A San Ramon resident is listed as the state's most delinquent taxpayer, according to a list published by the California Franchise Tax Board last week. Hasley Minor, founder of tech media website CNet and a funder of Salesforce.com, owes over $10.7 million in back taxes.

Don't be too upset by these folks, after all they are the job creators and need the tax breaks for their opulent lifestyles. Wonder who they are voting for?

Aw, Bill! Does the tax rate matter if you aren't paying?! Regardless of who is president or what the tax rate is, these people who don't pay deserve to be punished and publicly humiliated. Their employees, if any, are probably glad for the job and are paying taxes.
