Haircut-a-thon benefits horses

On St. Patricks Day, March 17, local hairstylists will come together for a cut-a-thon benefiting Horses Healing Hearts Rescue, Rehabilitation and Education, hosted by Christine's *A Complete You (374 Hartz Ave., Danville) from 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Haircuts for men $35, women $50, donations accepted. All proceeds help horses in need. Make your appointment by calling 838-2123. See

Dear Danville and Alamo and everyone,

Please help us continue to support the life saving work that goes into rescuing a horse. These animals average a weight of 900-1400 lbs. to care for them in their time of need we need you to help us this Sunday by booking an appointment by calling: 925-838-2123 Horses Healing Hearts is a non-profit organization and all proceeds go back to helping a horse in need and to continue our local rescue and rehab organization and adoption facility.
