Flash News! McNerney Votes to support Obama-Care
Original post made by Rick Pshaw on Sep 13, 2010
What's wrong with the folks in the local left? Don't you want McNerney to campaign for re-election as an ardent supporter of pseudo-socialized medicine?
Or would you rather this issue just got buried in the electronic muck?

Redundancy is an amazing tool without result in exchanges on this forum. We can have a personal outrage exposed with only superficial, emotional response as personal attacks and defamation.
But it would be interesting to review the three congress members in our Iron Horse corridor and gain your readers comments on the issues of healthcare and how it is provided in USAmerica. Taking that issue to its source, your readers could explain their expectations for insurance coverage and the costs of such coverage.
Exactly what are the issues?
Thus, when the exchange is done, we will know where our congress members and your readers differ and what are the issues for resolve.

Why waste any time responding to Rickshaw, seriously. That fact that he would have to ask again for comments should tell him something as to the salience of his remarks, particularly on something as complex as healhcare reform. Ask anyone in the business (like me) and they will tell you reform was WAY overdue. The staggering fines on Pacificare levied last week are a prime example, or how about the Anthem 45% increases imposed last Spring until the public outcry, and then they admitted an "actuarial error" in determining their shocking increases....Rick is a typical idealogue. I see his folks' sign on 680 everyday....

JRM misses the point entirely. I wasn't asking for comments - I was pointing out that there WERE NO comments to my previous post.
The other point in my posting was conjecture on whether or not McNerney would make his vote in support of Obama-care a centerpiece of his campaign. According to JRM, if "reform was way overdue" then McNerney should be shouting from the rooftops about his vote.
Somehow I don't think we will see such rooftop rage as part of his election effort...
