Hap Magee Ranch Park
Looking for a fun family park? A dog park? A place to picnic? Look no further than Hap Magee Ranch Park located on the Danville/Alamo border at 1025 La Gonda Way. From Danville Boulevard, turn east on El Portal Road.
The "ranch theme" playground allows children of all ages to interact with a variety of play equipment. The Town’s new off-leash dog park is located next to the play area and group picnic area and provides a place for dogs, large and small, to exercise and socialize with other canines.
The 17-acre park is funded by the Town and Contra Costa County, R-7A, who jointly own and operate the park.
